Each steak weighs 1.3-1.7 lbs

Rub your favorite spices (we use a generous amount of good ol' salt and pepper) and quickly sear the outside of the steak. Then heat the internal temperature to 130 degrees. Top it off with a little butter and you'll be one happy rancher.

Our steaks are packed with lots of flavor from a diet of a variety of grasses and forbs, but less fat than your commercial counterparts. While our steaks are leaner, they are tender with rich flavor. All you need to add is butter, salt, and pepper!
